Please join us as we kick off our first Women in Business luncheon of 2019 featuring the 'Women Empowered' Women's Self-Defense system taught by Melford & Concetta Bibens!

Melford and Concetta Bibens are lifelong entrepreneurs (both raised in family businesses) who founded Power Image, a 10,000 sq ft  Medi-Spa and Fitness Center in New York. They have consulted over 18,000 wellness clients on healing their families through fitness, nutrition and natural medicine. 
 
They work as a couple to teach Women's Self Defense, using the Gracie "Women Empowered" system.
Our mission with "Women Empowered":
"Beyond the physical techniques, Women Empowered also reinforces awareness principles, risk assessment, and verbal and psychological strategies a woman can use to set safe boundaries with others  even if the perpetrator is someone she knows. At the core of this mindset is the belief that we are worth defending!'
 
Concetta Bibens is a NESTA certified Master Trainer, Health and Business Coach. 
She has travelled to attend two 3-day Instructor Bootcamps with the Creators of "Women Empowered", Eve Gracie and Victoria Gracie.
Concetta is also a certified Facilitator for Bars and Access Consciousness.
 
Melford Bibens is an ACE certified Master Trainer and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt.
 
Since selling Power Image, Melford and Concetta founded Team Innovations, LLC -  a entrepreneurial training company specializing in a holistic approach to financial success and growth in the fast changing, technology-driven world of 21st century marketing and sales.
 
They've past their love of health and wellness onto their 2 daughters: Elisha is the Charge Nurse at Largo Hospital, Largo FL and Erika is in the PhD program for Physical Therapy at UCF.
 
Melford and Concetta live with their 2 dogs Zen and Josie in Pine Orchard(Branford) CT.
