The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's is the largest event to fight against Alzheimer's Disease and is held in over 600 communities nationwide. Help raise awareness and funds for the support, care, and research of Alzheimer's by joining us in New Haven on Sunday Sept. 29 at Lighthouse Point Park.
