Description
The Madison Historical Society will present a Victorian Valentine's Day Party at the historic Allis-Bushnell House. Vintage Valentines, wedding dresses, and other expressions of love and romance will be on display. Victorian punch, adult beverages, tasty morsels–and, of course, chocolates–will be served. Local storyteller Jennifer Munro will offer a moving tale of familial love, and DHHS student and harpist Michelle Jiang will provide romance-inducing music. Discover how the Victorians celebrated Valentine’s Day at this festive holiday event.
