Description
Postponed to March 4, Strategies for Managing Life Transitions is a six-week support group that guides the participant, based on their personal circumstances, towards living a more stress-free life. The group is facilitated by Dr. Margo Merin, DSW who is certified in meditation and mindfulness, as well as grief and bereavement counseling. Dr. Merin graduated from Columbia University with a Master of Science in Advanced Clinical Practice from the School of Social Work and went on to receive a Doctorate in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University.
