Most people cringe at the thought of writing a business plan, but the process and content are extremely valuable. This webinar with SCORE mentor Eric Munro offers a unique approach to thinking about and writing a Business Plan in three pages of text with three spreadsheets. The objective is to set you on a path to developing a well thought out plan with a minimum or work and “agony.” The presentation will cover how to produce the plan appropriate to your needs and situation while ensuring the utility of the content.
