Description
In session 2 of the free 5-session "Fundamentals for Starting Your Business" series, you will explore who your customer is in more detail. We’ll discuss competition and we’ll use SWOT – Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats – to help you understand how to position your business and how to compensate for aspects of your business that are being developed. Attend all 5 sessions (recommended) or any individually. Attendees will receive a link to an on-demand recording and a pdf of the webinar slide deck after the webinar.
