Do you often feel like you are rushing and your mind has a hard time to settle? Restorative Yoga can be a highly effective way to reduce stress and anxiety. Erin will guide you through a gentle practice using bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support the body in restful therapeutic postures. Optional aromatherapy assist.
