Description

As businesses begin to open up in Connecticut, employers must be primarily focused on providing their employees with a safe workplace that complies with relevant Executive Orders and CDC Guidelines.  In addition to this primary focus, employers should also prepare themselves and their supervisors to present an appropriate response to employee complaints about safety and other workplace conditions, i.e., businesses should have a publicized mechanism through which complaints are investigated, resolved and do not result in an adverse employment action against complaining employees.  This webinar will explain the various kinds of employee complaints that trigger statutory protections which if not honored may result in a retaliation claim.
