Our speaker, Leigh Balcom, started his M&T career in February of 2008 in Business Banking with duties related to website support, marketing, communications and sales support. In 2012, he became a Branch Manager at the Main Delavan branch in Buffalo and joined Enterprise Security and Financial Crimes in late 2014. Leigh manages the bank?s Financial Crimes Wire / ACH Fraud teams. He also works on cases, procedures and training.
He is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
