Life After Loss Support Group This free eight-week support group is for anyone who has experienced loss and is still working through their grief. Dr. Margo Merin, DSW will guide participants in expressing their grief in new ways, teach coping skills, the importance of self-care and self-love, how to listen to the “inner self”, working through the many emotions of loss, what your future will look like and much more. Dr. Merin said about the program, "Participants will be talking about how they view their identity as an individual and how they incorporate who they are into a life that has meaning and purpose, despite the death of a loved one.- learning to appreciate their individuality while, at the same time, never having to forget or erase meaningful memories." The course is free but you must pre-register.
