This second workshop in a spring series takes a deeper look at small businesses using their Google my Business (GMB) to maximum advantage.  How does Google's famous Search Engine work?  What does it look for?

We'll explore best practices to consider in managing and tweaking your GMB presence online.  We'll explore the explosion in growth experienced by the advent of mobile search, via the more traditional desktop search, and explain why you need to consider both.

Your online presence shouldn't be limited to a simple online business card.  It should be a dynamic entity, growing and changing with your business.  What can you do to increase customer engagement?  What can you do to measure that engagement?

We'll dig deeper into the suite of analytic tools currently available through Google, and touch briefly upon the little understood concepts behind "Search Engine Optimization" (widely called simply "SEO').
