New Haven Middlesex Real Estate School is offering this live virtual CE class.
This course will review the co-branded CTR/GHAR Real Estate Purchase Contract clause by clause, including definitions and explain the associated co-branded riders:
Appraisal Rider
Common Interest Community Rider
Insulation Rider
Percolation and Pit Test Rider
Sales of Buyer's Property Contingency (Under Contract or Hubbard) Rider
This course is approved for 3 Elective Continuing Education Credits towards the 2020-2022 Real Estate License Renewal and meets meet the minimum requirements as set forth by the CT Department of Consumer Protection & the Real Estate Commission. Courses are held on the Zoom Meeting platform, a microphone and webcam/camera are required to participate, as the instructor must be able to see and hear the students - as well as interact.
