Build & Sip - How to build an Elevated Charcuterie Board.
Join our Executive Chef Brian Warmingham and a Cheesemonger from Cato Cheese for step by step instruction on how to build an elevated charcuterie board.
Your Workshop Includes:
- 15” x 7” Acacia Wood Paddle Board
- A variety of Cato Corner cheeses and smoked meats
- Housemade items to include mostarda, pickled raisins, cured olives, bread and butter pickles
- Step by Step instruction from our Executive Chef
- Owner of Cato Corner Cheeses to speak on cheese offerings (why/how best to use those cheeses)
- Wine Pairing (one white and one red)
