In session 2 of the free 5-session "Fundamentals for Starting Your Business" series, you will explore who your customer is in more detail. We’ll discuss competition and we’ll use SWOT – Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats – to help you understand how to position your business and how to compensate for aspects of your business that are being developed.
