Description
New Haven Middlesex Real Estate School is offering this two-day, 15 Hour course which is a prerequisite to earn a CT Real Estate Brokers License. This is a live virtual class via Zoom.
Topics include: organizational Structure; human resources; business policies & procedures; CMA/Valuation/BPO; marketing & advertising; legal documents; CAM requirements overview and more.
This course meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the CT DCP and the Real Estate Commission. Attendees will be awarded 6 elective CE credits for their 2026 CT Real Estate renewal.
