Join us for the Shoreline Chamber Annual Awards & Breakfast Meeting for an update of 2022 Chamber plans, the celebration and awards for members' successes in multiple categories and the installation of our new slate of Board Directors. 

We are very excited to have Colin Cooper, Chief Manufacturing Officer for the State of CT as the keynote speaker. Colin will be discussing "Why Manufacturing Matters to Main Street, Our Towns, and Our State." A Guilford resident, Colin was named Connecticut’s first-ever chief manufacturing officer by Governor Lamont in 2019. In this position, Colin is responsible for coordinating state and private-sector efforts to promote growth in the state’s manufacturing sector. We are honored to have Paul Lavoie also in attendance. Paul will succeed Colin Cooper upon his retirement this winter. Paul has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector and currently serves as general manager of Carey Manufacturing in Cromwell, where he has worked since 2017. He has also served on several manufacturing-related boards and currently is a member of Connecticut’s Industry 4.0 Working Group and the Governor’s Workforce Council.
